BeaconLetters is the channel-letter and cabinet-sign side of CrispBeacon. You type your business name, pick a letter style, choose face and return colors, set the size, and watch the storefront preview update as you go. When you’re finished, that exact specification becomes the production-ready build record for your order.
Minimum letter height in the builder is 7″. Illumination is fixed-temperature white LED on every style — color-changing or RGB LEDs are not part of the online configuration. Day/night and dual-color face effects on FrontLit and DualLit use specialty translucent media, not colored LEDs.
01 · Channel Letters · Front-Lit
A translucent acrylic face glows from internal white LEDs inside a painted aluminum return. The most common, most economical illuminated letter — even, readable light from across the parking lot, day and night.
Translucent face · LED-lit
Translucent cast-acrylic face (Lexan polycarbonate above ~37″ tall) over a bent, sealed, trim-capped aluminum return. Pick face and return colors independently, add a raceway where the wall calls for it — the workhorse of plaza tenants, restaurants, and retail.

Acrylic, 3M translucent vinyl, blockout, day/night, or printed face — face color picked separately from the return.

02 · Channel Letters · Halo-Lit
Reverse-lit welded stainless letters with a solid painted face and LEDs behind, throwing a soft halo onto the wall. Restrained and upscale — the choice when the building itself should do the work.
Painted stainless · halo glow
Welded stainless steel, sanded and Pantone-matched, with the return painted to match the face automatically. Choose Reverse Lit (clear back) or Reverse Acrylic Lit (translucent back, softer halo). No trim cap on either — a clean, premium silhouette.

03 · Channel Letters · Dual-Lit
A standard Front-Lit letter built with a clear back, so the same white LEDs light the translucent face and spill onto the wall behind. Bright by day, layered at night — an economical way to get a richer nighttime read.
Front-lit + halo · clear back
Face, return, and trim cap are identical to Front-Lit; the single change is a clear Lexan back that lets the same internal white LEDs glow rearward. Same economical aluminum construction, with a built-in halo for hospitality and flagship storefronts.

04 · Channel Letters · Trimless
A face-lit letter with no plastic trim cap, built from welded stainless with a white acrylic face. The most architectural read on the market — favored by modern offices, boutique hospitality, and design-forward retail.
No trim cap · stainless
Welded stainless construction with a fixed white acrylic / polycarbonate face and no visible retainer. Choose Inset Acrylic (face recessed in a stainless border) or Full Acrylic (no border) — a crisp white glow with nothing competing with the architecture.

05 · Cabinet Signs
An aluminum cabinet with an internally lit translucent acrylic face. The most cost-effective way to put a full logo, icon, or multi-line lockup above your storefront — bright, weather-tight, and readable from the road day and night.

A welded aluminum cabinet with an internal LED grid behind a translucent acrylic face — printed or vinyl-applied with your full logo, layout, and colors. The right call when a single lockup suits the storefront better than individual letters.

The real-estate standard: 18-by-12 inches of Coroplast on a galvanized H-stake, sized to read from the road at 25 mph. Add your brokerage colors, agent name, and phone number in the builder; approve the proof; ship next-business-day in packs of 5, 10, 25, or more.

Rigid 4mm Coroplast with vertical flutes so the H-stake slides right up into the sign. Single-sided is the most common (one printed face). Double-sided prints the same file on both sides so the sign reads from both directions of traffic — the right choice for corner lots.

24″×18″ is our best-selling size — the sweet spot for high-visibility outdoor promo. Bright bold color, oversized type, iconography your brand recognizes at 100 feet.

6-month outdoor UV rating standard. Fade-resistant pigment inks — same we use on channel letter faces.

03 · BeaconYard · Political campaigns
The classic political-yard-sign format: 24″×18″ Coroplast, double-sided so it reads both directions of traffic, galvanized H-stakes, order in packs of 25/50/100 for campaign saturation.

Coroplast is the political-sign standard because it survives sprinklers, storms, and being kicked around by opponents. Double-sided is the norm for campaigns so drivers read the message from both directions. Order in bulk for canvas saturation.

BeaconFlag is CrispSign’s exterior flag line — dye-sublimated 4-oz polyester on aluminum sectioned poles. Three shapes (Feather Angled, Feather Convex, Teardrop) in four sizes each, from 7′ up to 18′ tall. Flag + pole + ground stake come standard; extra hardware (cross bases, water bags, square bases, carry bags) sells as add-ons. 01 · BeaconFlag · Feather Angled
The classic feather flag silhouette: sharp swept-back leading edge, straight trailing edge, angled bottom cut. The most-common storefront flag shape — familiar and instantly readable.
Feather Angled · dye-sub polyester
The classic feather profile — sharp curved leading edge sweeps down from the top, straight vertical trailing edge, angled cut across the bottom. Four sizes from 9 feet up to 18 feet, dye-sublimated on 4-oz polyester mesh so color penetrates the fabric instead of sitting on top.

Four heights from Small (S) to X-Large (XL). Every size ships with a matched aluminum sectioned pole and a ground stake.
02 · BeaconFlag · Feather Convex
Same 4 sizes and same dye-sublimated construction as Feather Angled, but the leading edge curves in one continuous convex bow instead of a sharp swept-back angle. Softer silhouette, still reads tall from a distance.
Feather Convex · dye-sub polyester
Continuous convex-bow leading edge — no break at the top, just a smooth graceful curve. Straight vertical trailing edge and straight horizontal bottom. Same tall-vertical read as Feather Angled but with a softer, more modern profile.

Same four sizes as Feather Angled. Matched aluminum pole and ground stake included with each flag.
03 · BeaconFlag · Teardrop
The droplet shape — wide belly on top tapering to a narrow point at the bottom, hanging from a single curved pole that hugs the entire top and back edge. Maximum graphic area for close-in reads: hero text at the top, logo below.
Teardrop · dye-sub polyester
Different silhouette than the feathers — a droplet shape with a wide rounded top that gives you room for a big logo or hero word, tapering to a point at the bottom. The pole rises straight up then curves around the top and back edge of the flag with no horizontal cross-arm.
Sizes
Slightly shorter overall heights than the feathers (because the teardrop is wider), but more graphic area per flag.

Illuminated channel letters, cabinet signs, and carved wall signs need permits, electrical, and a lift truck or finish crew. Our network of licensed installers pulls the permit, runs the wiring, mounts the sign, seals the penetrations, and cleans up. You approve the proof; we handle the rest.
BeaconLetters BeaconCarved
Turnkey quote includes permit, fab, install, and warranty. Typical schedule: 6–8 weeks proof to power-on.
